1. Scope of Use

This product is a custom-made digital product. The following rights are granted to the Buyer:

• Commercial use: Permitted (for the Buyer's own server, project, content, etc.)
• Broadcasting & streaming: Permitted
• Resale or transfer: Not permitted

2. Prohibited Actions

The Buyer shall not engage in any of the following actions. Violation of any of these terms will result in civil and/or criminal liability, and the license (right of use) shall be immediately terminated.

1. Sharing, transferring, reselling, or lending the original files or any modified version of the product to any third party.
2. Using the digital product to produce and sell or distribute physical goods (merchandise, figurines, apparel, printed materials, etc.), unless separate written consent has been obtained from the Seller.
3. Using the product in a physically reproduced form, such as 3D printing, for commercial purposes.
4. Distributing the product in any form that allows third parties to download it (e.g., open-source release, asset store resale, etc.).
5. Using the product as training data for artificial intelligence (AI), or issuing and trading it as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or similar digital asset.
6. Decompiling, reverse-engineering, analyzing, or modifying any plugin included in the product.

3. License Sharing Restrictions

1. The license is granted on a one-person, one-license basis. Sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
2. Limited sharing is permitted only when all of the following conditions are met:
   1. The recipient is a team member who has entered into an employment contract, service contract, or a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the Buyer, which includes an explicit clause requiring immediate deletion of shared files upon completion of the relevant project.
   2. Files must be transmitted through a secure method. Sharing via publicly accessible file-hosting services, torrents, or publicly shared cloud storage links is prohibited.
